The Urban Decay Show Pony Palette comes with six eyeshadows; Snatch (a peachy pink color with goldish glitter), Mildew (a deep mossy green), Flash(purple with a pink duochrome), Painkiller(a metallic turquoise), Smog (a deep metallic bronze) and Toasted (a metallic copper). The palette also include one of Urban Decay's infamous 24/7 eyeliner pencils in the color Zero (black)and a mini primer potion.
The best thing about this palette is the packaging/art. Urban Decay states that they chose 'Kime Buzzelli, darling of the LA art scene, to illustrate this amazing Shadow Box inside and out. Kime's paintings feature wickedly fashionable women—often with brightly colored makeup running down their cheeks. The colors in the palette are inspired by the characters on the box. The versatility of this set: pick from bright, fashion-forward shades, or go neutral with "9 to 5"-friendly shadows that still give a ton of personality to your look.'
I find most of the shadows to be good quality, but not the greatest. Snatch is somewhat troublesome because of the major glitter fallout, but as far as color, it is my favorite shade. I really wish they would reformulate the shade into a different finish because the color is very unique. I feel the rest of the colors in the palette are dupeable. Snatch, Mildew, Flash, Painkiller, Smog and Toasted all have decent texture and nice pigmentation, but again, not the greatest I've ever had.
At the orginal price I wouldn't have recommended this palette, but it is currently on sale for $20 at Sephora and the Urban Decay website, so for that price, I think it is definitely worth it. If you're wanting something very high quality, I say skip this one, though. However if you want something just a step-up from the drugstore, but still priced on the lower-end, then this may be the palette for you.
